Even though there are specific reasons for fatigue and anxiety, here are some great life skills to help with fatigue and anxiety.
- Stay hydrated (drink 50% of your body weight in ounces of water).
- Eat a balanced diet full of fresh organic foods, grass fed meats and wild caught fish. Keep carbs low.
- Exercise. Start at a minimum level if you are extremely fatigued then gradually build up. Walking, and yoga are good starting points.
- Get at least 7-8 hours of un-interrupted sleep.
- Spending time near green spaces is shown to decrease stress, a major factor in fatigue and anxiety.
- Learn to forgive and be tolerant of others.
- Look for the good in others.
- Have a strong faith.
- Believe that the best is yet to come.
- If you have past emotional hurts find someone you can trust to share with.
